Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

We want you to feel confident ordering from Simmons Enterprises. This Refund Policy explains how returns and refunds work for physical products, digital products, and services.

1) Physical Products (Books, Merch, Prints)

48-Hour Return Window:
You may request a return within 48 hours of delivery of your physical item(s).

Return Condition:
Returned items must be:

  • in new/unused condition, and

  • returned with original packaging if possible.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged/defective or we made an error.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Original shipping fees (if any) are generally non-refundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error.

2) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number, and

  • photos of the issue (and packaging if damaged).

We will work with you to replace the item or refund it.

3) Print-On-Demand / Made-to-Order Items (if applicable)

Some items may be produced specifically for your order. For these items, returns may be limited to cases of damage, defects, or fulfillment errors, unless otherwise required by law.

4) Digital Products (Downloads)

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final once the product has been delivered or accessed.

If you have trouble accessing a digital download, contact us and we will help you get the correct file or access.

5) Services (Bookings / Consultations / Workshops)

Service bookings are subject to any rescheduling/cancellation rules displayed at checkout.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout:

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

6) How to Request a Return or Refund

Email jsimmons@simmonsenterprises.store with:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you want to return

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if damaged/defective)

We’ll reply with return instructions.
