SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship orders placed on simmonsenterprises.store.
1) Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Some items may be made-to-order and can take longer to process. If processing times vary, we’ll note it on the product page or at checkout.
2) Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, item weight/size, and selected shipping method.
3) Delivery Estimates
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
4) Tracking
If tracking is available for your shipment, you’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
5) Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order.
6) International Shipping
We offer international shipping.
Important: Customers are responsible for all taxes, tariffs, duties, customs fees, and any import-related charges that may apply in the destination country. These charges are set by the destination country and/or carrier and are not controlled by Simmons Enterprises.
7) Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier. If your package shows delivered but you can’t locate it:

check around your delivery area and with household members/neighbors, and

contact the carrier with your tracking number.

8) Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can help.
